Executive recruitment specialists Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare solutions company. Our client is seeking a qualified nurse for the position of Training Program Manager.

Job summary

The Training Program Manager will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of multiple operational training programs, projects and initiatives. Oversees staff career development by setting performance metrics, evaluating utilization, and helping other training staff to create long-term career plans within an organization. The job will be based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and drive training solutions in accordance to program needs and industry trends.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Supervise technical and skills training for training supervisors and training specialists.
  • Conduct orientation sessions among training specialists on newly developed programs.
  • Conceptualize training modules according to the training needs analysis.
  • Institute provision for multimedia visual aids and presentations in coordination with other stakeholders.
  • Validate program curriculum, testing and evaluation processes.
  • Prepare and implement training budget, if applicable.
  • Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for training supervisors and training specialists.
  • Provide performance feedback to training supervisors and training specialists.
  • Conduct continuing education training across the organizational paradigm.
  • Provide leadership development education.
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships within the organization.
  • Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets as applicable.
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans within and outside of the department.

Key job requirements include:

  • Registered Nurse or a Doctor of Medicine degree holder preferably with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes.
  • Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to sit and make rounds as needed on an eight (8) hour shift
  • Variations in work volume and business needs may require extended or flexible working hours
