Welding Superintendent

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial engineering company in Indonesia. The vacancy is for a Welding Superintendent and will lead the operations processes, working directly with clients and customer to ensure the safety of operations process and maintain the project sustainability

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Monitoring welding process, the safety of project, to make it effective and efficient 
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed 
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Servicing client concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Providing a detailed Project monthly report
  • Acting as customer services and/or public point of contact for the purposes of the company
  • Building mutual beneficial relationships with clients and customer and 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering, or related field with at least 10 years’ experience in engineering services and project, in a multinational company
  • Handled in Welding Process at least 10 years experiences 
  • Willingness to commit more hours than usual to work and to function under flexible working conditions
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English
  • Ability to lead and control the operational process
  • Ability to develop the project
  • Identifying potential to grow business
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, and to use their own initiative 
  • Ability to prioritize, work meticulously and handle information related to the company with confidentiality
  • Willing to work based in Papua, Indonesia
