International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a renowned multinational IT Distributor. Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong experience in the IT Solutions industry.

Job Summary:

The BDM is the primary interface between Customers and Suppliers including the Partner's end customers. BDM is responsible for expanding the business & implementing the strategy of the suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep engagement with Channel Partner and Vendor, drive revenue and profit goals.
  • Optimize performance by leveraging key business units.
  • Manage credit, order process and AR collections.
  • Pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management
  • Weekly reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Good English skills.
  • Can create and perform formal presentations.
  • Ability to work actively under stressful and pressured conditions in the face of high workload and deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully, convincingly promote/sell ideas and close deals with win-win outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business. Master's/Postgraduate Degree in Sales Studies is preferred.
