Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a reputable remote staffing company servicing a wide range of industries in the US. Our highly respected client is rigorously looking for a DOMO Support Specialist who is amenable to work-from-home, under eastern standard time.
About the Role:
The DOMO Support Specialist must be passionate about work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. This person will experience working with large data sets, technical tools, and outstanding analytic insight. This person will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult technical problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing new report and report templates that will help transform raw data into meaningful information needed by the management, using applicable tools such as Excel, DOMO and application of statistical methods
- Providing project management support for tool, application, and website development and support
- Utilize DOMO, SalesForce and other tools to collect customer nurture data and present campaign results on a routine basis
- Develop methods and tools to monitor the performance and reliability of DOMO's data analysis platform
- Design and develop content for the business intelligence application using DOMO
- Leverage advanced DOMO functionality to create analytical dashboards
Key requirements include:
- Has Bachelor's of degree in IT, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field
- 3 years of experience in reports generation, design, and data management specializing on DOMO software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable on computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Business Intelligent Systems and Tools
- Advance proficiency in DOMO is a must
- High attention to details
- Proven experience working with sales systems and tools such as CRM, variable compensation, and revenue reporting is a plus
