Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading blockchain company in Thailand. Our respected client is seeking a Group CFO, with the main task to manage the overall finance and accounting in Thailand.
Lead business growth of blockchain with proper control and planning as Group CFO. The job holder will have the right to ask business units to provide data and reports of business performance of business activities to track the company strategy and plan and steer the finance, risk, and compliance functions of these business units. You will share all the company goals beyond its own unit goals with the company's senior management team as a part of it.
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial health of the involved business units
- Oversee financial reporting process which includes ensuring monthly closing is done on time per relevant accounting standards
- Ensure proper accounting solutions and system are established
- Partner with / challenge management in setting up business direction and monitor liquidity to ensure budget availability
- Oversee capital injection and liquidity management of all business units
- Provide a business case for CEO for organic and inorganic growth options (eg. Regional expansion, channel expansion, or product expansion)
- Solution Delivery budget and performance reporting
- Responsible to communicate and maintain good relationships with all professional contacts including banks, external auditors, government officers, payroll providers etc.
- Analyze monthly budget reports to monitor expenses by cost center including recommendations for tighter budget control and improvement.
- Ensure an environment of strong internal controls by implementing the company's segregation, authority/approval levels, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Financial Director or Financial and Accounting Manager from MNC, financial services, and a fast-paced company
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- CPA is a strong advantage
