Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading homegrown financial services company, offering consumers technology-enabled solutions and a wide range of financial products and services. This insurance company is looking for an experienced Customer Proposition Lead who is well-versed in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

Company is looking for passionate and determined candidates to help manage the development of the strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible in building and developing campaigns to increase customer acquisition through our distribution partners and ensuring that we deliver on our commitments and ultimately add value to our customers.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategies and campaigns then execute against metrics to increase customer acquisition by getting new leads and managing existing ones (acquisition & cross-sell)
  • Managing and optimizing the sales funnel through campaigns, process, design improvements
  • Responsible for turning committed plans into reality - from planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing
  • Work with other team members of company's B2B2C Tribe (Product Owner, Delivery Lead, UX Designer, Tech & Business SMEs) in ensuring that committed actions will be delivered on time
  • Collaborate with company's Branding & Campaigns (B&C) team and partner's Marketing teams in conceptualizing, executing, and managing campaigns/initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to execute process / design / tech improvements
  • Identify further areas of opportunity for growth - acquisition and cross-sell
  • Utilize analytics and draw insights to initiate, recalibrate, or optimize initiatives to deliver desired results
  • Report on key sales performance indicators regularly and drive actions towards meeting business targets
  • Work closely with distribution partners to maximize customer awareness and increase number of customers accessing our distribution platform

Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing Management
  • At least 10 years' cumulative working experience in Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Management, or Campaign Management, Cross-selling, preferably with exposure in technology and innovation for industries such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Telecommunication, Service delivery apps
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing) teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a partner's C-level executives to present company's strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
  • Data-driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented: Must be able to ask the ask the right questions, draw actionable insights, and drive solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Must be collaborative and able to manage and influence various stakeholders across different functions and partners.
  • Flexible and quick to pivot. Must be highly adaptable to changing business needs and priorities, with the ability to and work under pressure.
  • Self-starter: Must be able to initiate, own and deliver tasks proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Open to working in a start-up environment, set-up things from scratch and learn how to do thing better as we grow together
  • Willing to go beyond what is written in the Job description if necessary to achieve our common goal and learn beyond the role's vertical scope
