Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international financial technology software company such as for modern Cloud Core-Banking system.
Our respected client is seeking an experienced professional for the job of Marketing Assistant, who will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
The office is located in Taguig City but the job is offered in a Permanent Work-From-Home setup.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Help with market research and analysis to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Help with the organization and execution of events, such as product launches or trade shows.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, budget tracking, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to develop marketing collateral.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with customer relationship management activities, such as email marketing and customer segmentation.
- Support the sales team by providing them with marketing collateral and other resources.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer programs for Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (preferred)
