Marketing Director
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premiere resort and casino. Our respective client is looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to a marketing department. This role requires onsite reporting from Mondays-Fridays and will be reporting to the President.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Will handle the marketing of the Hotel and Casino via Ads, promotions and digital marketing
- Lead the organization's marketing efforts
- Provide guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brands
- Evaluate and develop marketing strategy and marketing plans
- Conduct competitor research
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- At least 8 years work experience as Marketing Manager in hotels, casinos, hotels & casinos
- With strong Marketing background especially in ads and promos
- Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
- Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issues
- Willingness to support the needs of other departments if necessary
- Ability to work in a close-knit team setting
