Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with an established and also the largest indoor playground company in Singapore. Our distinguished client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Malaysia. As the Marketing Executive, you will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. In addition, you will also play a pivotal role in the expansion of our company's brand and social media presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Management Team to align with business objectives.
  • Enhance the brand and core values while driving membership growth and promoting services such as advertising opportunities.
  • Conduct and analyse market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, ensuring alignment with current and future membership services.
  • Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently, ensuring all activities meet sustainability criteria.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials to support promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to secure positive media coverage and develop a network of media contacts to enhance the brand's visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms and the company website, ensuring content is regularly updated and campaigns are effectively executed.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing and promotional opportunities, establishing partnerships where beneficial


Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Creative and passionate about marketing, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and channels including social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
  • Familiar with the usage of membership databases
