Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking an experienced General Dentist of the highest professional standing and a background in orthodontics for the job of Orthodontist.
The Orthodontist is expected to design treatment plans and build rapport with patients. The job is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities:
- Engage and educate patients on the benefits of aligners and dental technology
- Conduct virtual and on-site consultations while providing premium experience to patients
- Learn and understand aligners in a clinical manner
- Understand the digital dental design process, to measure quality
- Collaborate with a dedicated orthodontics and technology design team
- Conduct oral prophylaxis, assessments, and determine next steps
Key job requirements:
- Graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Have excellent skills in relationship building
- Driven and self-motivated to learn and achieve
- Organized, and works well with timelines
- Enjoys engaging and connecting with new patients and designers
- Know how to find out what problem patients are facing, and how to frame a solution
