Job Summary:
Our respected client is seeking a detail-oriented and has excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills for the job of Product Manager.
As a Product Manager for our creator marketplace, you will be responsible for leading product development for our platform. You will work with stakeholders and customers to define and plan requirements, manage project schedules, de-risk features, and communicate between stakeholders and engineers. Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s). You should also be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.
key job responsibilities:
- Co-create marketplace roadmap with engineering and sales and lead the development and implementation of the marketplace roadmap
- Defining product features according to customer needs and presenting the strategy to stakeholders.
- Creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
- Researching competitor products and understand the landscape to build a competitive product
Key job requirements:
- 4 to 10 years working experience as a product owner or product manager at a marketplace or technology company
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience doing market research and customer discovery and translating that into product requirements
- Knowledgeable in project management tools like JIRA
- Knowledgeable in creating product roadmaps
- Knowledgeable in creating versions and iterations
