Robotic Process Automation Solution Consultant (RPA)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a German multinational automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in brake systems, interior electronics, automotive safety, powertrain and chassis components, tachographs, tires and other parts for the automotive and transportation industries. This job is on hybrid WFH set-up.
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Participates and/or leads global IT and business projects
- Takes over additional projects and topic leadership beyond own area of responsibility
- Lead and work in international and cross divisional projects
- Set up projects and define project objectives, project scope, work packages and project organization as well as project conditions and dependencies
- Lead all stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle, identify and assess risks, seek for problem solving and perform escalation management
- Owns and performs the development and implementation of Automation use cases with internal platforms like UIPath and Power Automate
- Develops support concepts and procedures for all business processes in the respective area. Oversees all relevant projects and services. Ensures the necessary technical, functional and resources that are dedicated to projects and operational support
- Ensures continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness in IT support for business processes
- Ensures highest level of operating management over the above-mentioned systems for development, programming and analysis
- Ensures highest level of quality standards and compliance for legal requirements
- Owns the budget for the IT projects assigned
- Prepares and controls the budgets for his topics, services and projects
- Support processes for budget planning, forecasting and monitoring
- Collaborates in transforming Platform strategies by process optimization, strategies and implementation plans for all relevant IT topics
- Builds joint strategy with Group Sector IT and IT Infrastructure to build seamless application architecture without overlaps
- Evaluate and prepare the long-term technical Roadmap by analyzing the latest technology trends on the market
- Supports the development of global practices, strategies and concepts and implement them
Job Requirements:
- With Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar educational background
- Several years of experience in IT and in Finance, Purchasing or Quality
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development and projects with different roles and functions;
- Worked as a project manager of at least two years
- Advance knowledge in IT Service Management
- Expert knowledge in Agile IT Project Management
- Expert knowledge in IT Technologies and Development in Knime, UiPath and Power Automate
- Advance knowledge in organization change/stakeholder management and IT Controlling
- Fluent in English
