Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a global leading medical device company. As business growth and expansion continues, our respected client is seeking an enthusiastic and sales driven individual for the job of Clinical Executive. The opportunity is based in Penang, Malaysia.

You will ensure excellence in the delivery of service & ensure patients and customers are confident in the clinical application of Haemodialysis (HD) products and services. You will partner with an interdepartmental team to deliver effective training programs to our patients and customers, in the safe and effective application of products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Executive of the HD division in meeting territorial requirements and ensuring exceptional service across HD accounts, across public, private and NGO sectors.
  • Promote and market medical equipment and consumable products to governmental, private, and NGO sectors, cultivating long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and manage funding applications for patients.
  • Participate in periodic business reviews to assess account and territory performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
  • Handle various administrative duties as needed, such as inventory management, database maintenance, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate Continuous Medical Education (CME) events for healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Foster strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
  • Develop and facilitate education programs and provide clinical and product training to patients/customers, in your designated territory or according to business requirements in other locations.
  • Conduct dialysis centre visits to ensure sufficient follow ups of their business needs and therapy application.
  • Report visits of nephrologists, intensivists, anaesthetists, or dialysis nursing teams regularly to ensure that the business and clinical engagement is developed on time.
  • Coordinate effectively between the account's nursing team, customer services, and logistics to ensure timely and reliable home-care services and support.
  • Provide on-call support during and after office hours, with after-hours support based on clinical roster.
  • Assist with patient care during high workload periods or when other team members are absent.
  • Undertake any additional tasks, provide support, or cover additional territories as required.


Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Renal nursing experience (Hemodialysis/Peritoneal Dialysis) is desired.
  • Willing to travel extensively and provide out-of-hours service, including weekends.
  • Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate, prepare & conduct Service and team meetings.
  • Self-driven and self-motivated, confident and possess pleasant personality.
  • Agility in role, responsibilities & planning.
  • Required to have own car and valid driving license.
  • Relevant post basic qualification is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages and dialects used in Malaysia.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point knowledge.
