Commercial Division Head (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Prominent Private Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Commercial Division Head. This job will be based in IKN Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the hospital's commercial footprint.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the commercial division to maximize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements for the hospital.
  5. Marketing and Branding: Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and attract commercial clients.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the commercial division team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within sales operation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiar with the Kalimantan region
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and proficiency in budget management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
