- Analyzing costs, preparing budget reports, monitoring spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Work closely with various departments to gather cost data, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct detailed analysis of costs related to production, inventory, and operational activities. Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts by providing cost-related insights and recommendations. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and analyze deviations.
- Prepare regular cost accounting reports, including variance analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS) reports, and inventory valuation reports. Present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Continuously review cost accounting processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Streamline workflows and automate tasks where possible.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any related course.
- At least 3 years experience in cost accounting and leadership.
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles, methods, and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
