Job Summary:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategies and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, performance appraisal, policy development, and employee engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build a talent pipeline to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems that align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate performance feedback sessions and work with managers to create development plans for employees.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Organize employee events and activities to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
Key Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant years of of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or health industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
