The Hinduja Group is a privately held group, with a diversified global portfolio of holdings across Automotive, Energy, Banking & Finance, Project Development, Information Technology, Real Estate, Media, Healthcare, Hydrocarbons, Chemicals & Agribusiness and Trading, Media, Sustainability business. The core business is manufacturing and marketing an extensive range of lubricants for all market segments. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 15 years of work experience in sales focusing in Visayas & Mindanao. The position of Regional Sales Manager will be based in Metro, Manila, Philippines.

Job summary:
* The General Manager is responsible for market analysis, strategic planning, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient allocation of resources. He will manage and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base region aligned with overall company goals for Lubricant industry specifically on motorcycle and automotive market.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Responsible for the management of Sales and Distribution to achieve sales targets and revenue aligned with overall marketing goals for Lubricant industry specifically on motorcycle and automotive market.
* Source out market opportunities (new outlets, special events, activations, and new accounts).
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2C segment.
* Manage the execution of selling & collection systems, programs to help in the achievement of company's goals.
* Provide direction to the Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support Distributors Sales Representative (DSR) in outlet negotiations when needed, and conduct outlet checks and field coaching activities with DSR.
* Develop strategies, action plans with the Territory Business Manager (TBM) to achieve the set objectives (including detailed sales activities and programs, expense requirements and role of the company)
* Foster strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within the organizations.
* Support the TBM as a contact person for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceeding customer satisfaction.
* Design and implementation of specific incentives and schemes to achieve growth goals.
* Review and monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, to evaluate territory performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for management review.

* Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
* Has a driver's license
* With 7-10 years' B2C experience in all product segments (Lubricants)
* Should have a successful track record & clear achievement of sales growth& channel expansion preferably in the lubricant retail segment.
* Good communication skills in English
* High energy levels and initiative.
* Good commercial understanding of pricing/schemes etc.
* Computer skills - should be comfortable working on Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
* Willingness to travel (Heavy Travel/Fieldwork)
* Positive attitude & an able team player
