As a Senior Business Analyst, you should be specializing in project deliveries within the banking and financial services sector with familiarity to one of these products (Loan/Lending/Wealth/Auto Business). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to understand complex business and system requirements, foster collaborative relationships across teams, and provide effective solutions. This role entails managing end-to-end business requirements, coordinating with business users and technical teams, and leading performance-driven teams to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and confirm functional specifications, covering application flow, business logic, screens, reports, and data files.
- Work closely with business users to analyze requirements alongside Delivery/Project Management activities.
- Manage business conceptualization and rationalization, including feasibility and cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop detailed plans for requirement analysis and the design phase.
- Analyze business processes, ensuring end-to-end requirements are prioritized and confirmed.
- Develop new processes and assist with data migration processes.
- Conduct impact analysis and develop implementation plans with input from development, test, and infrastructure teams.
- Perform functional testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, addressing functional issues and risks.
- Develop deployment plans and strategies, including training.
Job Requirements
- Extensive years of experience in project deliveries as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst, ideally within the banking and financial services sector.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, able to quickly comprehend complex business and systems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, driven by commitment and results orientation.
- Specialize in one of the following areas: Loan, Lending, Wealth Management, or Auto Business.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
