Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (2 for Manila and 2 for Mindanao). The Head office is based in Pasay City, Philippines.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare accurate monthly sales report and forecast.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly & yearly sales goals/quotas within Philippines market.
- Continuously improvement on product knowledge from assigned and on-the-job trainings
Development of new accounts assigned/found
Job requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology
- Experience in selling Analytical Instruments
- Prior experience in selling to the following industry: F&B accounts
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment
- To be able to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude.
