ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading software Technology Solutions company that focuses on Cloud, Commerce, and Lifecycle Solutions. The ServiceNow Admin/Developer (ITOM) brings extensive expertise in system administration and crafting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the ITOM product suite. This individual leads and guides customers towards best practices, fostering collaboration with team members to attain project and operational objectives. A Glimpse into Daily Responsibilities: Engage in all technical facets of delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practices to ensure enduring value and enriched experiences. Contribute to multiple engagements, leveraging the Ingram Micro methodology and tools to elevate project efficiency and quality. Define technical strategies and disseminate knowledge among fellow engineers regarding development and configuration endeavors. Estimate time and resources required for all activities, and proactively communicate progress and anticipated changes to the team. Ensure technical excellence in development, participate in code reviews, and contribute to development planning endeavors. Forge close collaboration with business stakeholders to delineate customer requirements. Provide Level 2 support for incidents reported against the ServiceNow platform. Execute Change Management activities in alignment with established processes. Engage in internal knowledge sharing, collaborative initiatives, and activities. Your Skill Set: 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation. Minimum 2 years of experience in ITOM (Visibility, Health, or Optimization) and CMDB configuration. Proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform. Experience collaborating with DevOps teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment. Proficiency in one or more of the following: REST API integrations, custom application development, Workflows, Flows. Ability to initiate and conduct customer-facing meetings independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts. Capability to prioritize customer business goals while effectively communicating development decisions and their implications for maintenance and longevity. Enthusiasm for guiding customers on maximizing product potential and staying abreast of the latest features. Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Change Management. ITILv3 or ITIL4 foundation certification is advantageous. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong collaboration and influencing abilities. Effective interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in business English, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work in two rotating shifts between US and APAC time zones. Openness to working in a hybrid setting (WFH and Office).
