International award-winning executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of our client a leading and innovative investment solutions provider. We are currently seeking a CRM and Engagement Specialist to drive growth, improve on user experiences and conversion. The job is based in Bangkok

The selected candidate will be tasked with delivering effective marketing campaigns via the CRM channels to drive engagement, traffic, usage, conversion and revenues of the client's digital products and services

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM and Engagement campaigns, including gamification, automation, partnerships, omnichannel activation and retention.
  • Identify CRM growth opportunities to drive transaction and growth.
  • Develop new and innovative channels, to attract customer and convert leads.
  • Analysing market data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic)

Job Requirements

  • Experience in CRM role, with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Possess excellent analytical mindset, with experience with data leveraging metrics and consumer behaviour trends.
  • Excited about possibilities of Fintech and Blockchain technology
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL and/or HTML.
