Our respected client is seeking a Brand Manager who will Spearhead consumer ideation, crafting the entry strategy, product development, go-to-market strategy, and integrated marketing plans to ensure new product is able to generate awareness, conversion and retention among dealers and end consumers. The role is also tasked to ensure on time launch of new products that deliver against targets and generate profitability. This role will be assigned in Quezon City, Philippines. Key job responsibilities include: A. Strategic Thinking * Develops brand strategy, roadmap and crafts marketing plans aligned to strategy. Recommends new go-to-market strategies to help create brand demand / credibility and deepen consumer engagement, and innovation roadmap. * Identifies best practices and seeks out innovative ideas and use them as springboard for brand planning B. Brand & Project Management * Develops, implements and manages assigned new products, mindful of the timetables, and driven by a deep understanding of consumer needs, company strategic goals and financial hurdles. * Analyzes market intelligence data as input for brand plans. Identifies and summarizes industry trends and implications to the brand. Analyzes products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain competitive edge and brand differentiation. C. Excellence in Planning & Execution * Able to execute flawlessly and on time, identify and focus on critical few initiatives that deliver maximum business results * Ensures and delivers quality initiatives and executions of the assigned new products and does post evaluations to assess performance vs targets and identify key learnings, corrective actions D. Budget Planning & Monitoring * Has the ability to integrate marketing plans with budgets to establish sales, market shares and profitability targets. * Assesses and objectively substantiates the value of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives to better measure and manage marketing investments and deliver business results. E. Internal & External Collaboration * Collaborate closely & build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders. Key job qualifications include: * At least 7 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with background in Personal Care, Skin Care, Health categories from top FMCG companies * At least 3 years' experience in business development. Able to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans. * Experience in Digital marketing and E-commerce * Experience in spearheading a new product launch (from insight to idea to commercialization).

Digital Content Specialist

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of a leading Australian Entertainment Company with a legal entity in the Philippines. This role will be reporting to the Head of Group Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible for executing CRM and Online Channels initiatives for specific markets. The role provides support for online customer acquisition and engagement activities for in-market team. Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm in Pasig, City. Job description: CRM and online channel execution Execute campaign briefs from in-market teams for email, SMS or Push notification through our CRM application Manage audience data integration and segmentation setup for campaigns Execute campaign through owned online channels : Website, Google, Mobile App, Social (where relevant) Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing campaigns performance Qualifications: Must understand Digital channels and touch-points At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing Must be passionate about the digital guest journey. Must be driven to deliver best of class service quality and Guest experience to create memorable moments for our Guests, on digital platforms and channels. Must believe in partnering with internal and external teams to reach targets.
