Executive recruitment agency Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a client in search of a Customer Success Manager. Our client is a high growth SaaS company, focusing on boosting sales. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with Hybrid working arrangement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Engage with users and/or managers within client organizations to build a healthy relationship, understand their pain points and showcase benefits of the solutions.
- Identify drivers and bottlenecks to high adoption and usage and address the same.
- Build a roadmap, pointing the key success metrics that would be driven along with the client.
- Quarterly Business Review with client and leadership team.
- Introducing new product feature to generate awareness and convince them to use the feature.
- 8+ years of experience in a customer facing/account management role within a SaaS or Enterprise software companies.
- Experience engaging with high level stakeholders and building good long lasting relationship.
- Business acumen and analytical mindset to analyze data and bring out meaningful insights.
- Have experience in navigating a start-up ecosystem a self-motivated team player with fresh product adoption and customer churn mitigation.
