Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a world's leading security and facility services operated in Thailand for longer than five decades. The company has served multi-functional business units e.g. property management, education, hospitality, retail etc. and also served various type of facility services e.g. cleaning, engineering solution, facility management as well as security.


This position will finalize consolidated financial statements monthly, quarterly, year-end book closing reports, and annual budget controls, analysing the reports for monthly management to support the performance of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects to achieve strategic objectives. Implement and maintain adequate financial control, policies and processes to ensure all transactions are legitimate and in the best interest of the organization
  • In charge of overall financial management including financial reporting, analysis and control function of budget and forecast activities
  • Liaise with external representatives including Clearing house, Settlement Banks, auditors, and Government Revenue Department for statutory and reporting
  • Manage and control cash collateral deposit, transfer and withdrawal as well as monitor cash movement transactions of both customers' and company's accounts
  • Optimize foreign currency payment transactions to mitigate foreign currency transactions
  • Develop and coach team members to raise functional competency as well as support the development of critical skills needed to further career growth
  • Willing to adopt a hands-on approach when required on whatever the case maybe

Job Requirements

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience as finance manager with solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles, extensive knowledge of all statutory and regulations
  • Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Extensive understanding of financial market ecosystem and business trends
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Proven effective communicator able to gain buy-in to initiatives across functions, to inspire and lead team members to achieve higher personal and team performance
  • Able to manage, guide and lead team members to ensure appropriate financial processes being followed and in compliant to all company's policies and guidelines
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
