International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on a behalf of an international Food & Beverage chain. Our client is looking for a senior talent to come as HRBP Manager. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The HRBP Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative responsibilities, implement and deliver solutions, and combine people strategy with business goals for long-term success. This role reports to Chief Finance Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and integrate HR strategy and business goals that correspond with company goals to support an organization's long-term growth.
  • Work directly with employees and collaborate with management to improve the working environment and foster a good culture that promotes employee success, morale, and productivity.
  • Manage and ensure the most effective implementation of overall HR functions, such as recruiting and selection, onboarding, people strategy, talent management, organization development, employer branding, compensation and benefits, people development, process improvement, and employee engagement, among others.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of human resource concerns in order to reduce legal risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in the area of Human Resources Management
  • Experience in Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Having full understanding and experiencing in Vietnamese labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, people development, employee engagement, and human resource transformation
  • Having experience in HRMS and HR system
  • Ability to establish strong relationships/networks, collaborate and work successfully with all stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Good communication in English, both verbal and written
