Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with a leading organisation within the Technology and Software sector. Our distinguished client provides software solutions used by board members, chief executives, and other professionals. In line with their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager with 10 years of relevant experience (ideally from technology and SAAS background)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Managing business P&L
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager
  • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
