Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with a leading Investment Management Organization that emphasise it's focus towards e-gaming and blockchain related projects. Due to rapid growth, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Product Manager with at least 5 years' experience in product management or in Software Development. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and successful candidates will be able to work on a Hybrid work model until further notice.
Job Description
- Define the product strategy and roadmap to ensure that product supports business goals.
- To conceptualize and drive creation of new products.
- Lead and manage Development team and delivery process to ensure milestones are met.
- Plan and come up with milestones for the team as well as manage stakeholders expectations.
- Gather business requirements and prioritise product backlogs.
- Provide product consultation on execution of product development and feature enhancements to business
- Manage budget assigned for development activities.
- Host and contribute in technical discussions with technical teams.

Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in product management or software development.
- Experience in managing and implementing internal tools such as Data Entry Tools, Content Management Tools (CMS).
- Experience in developing product features for content aggregator or listing page with machine learning algorithms in placed for recommendations, interaction tracking for rewards and quests and for targeted marketing.
- Experience working on implementing Google Tag Tracking, SEO, Analytics tools.
- Added advantage if possess knowledge in JavaScript/Python/Java/SQL.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Action-oriented with a strong ability to take ownership and execute assigned tasks as well as responsibilities
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the group of companies.
- Added Advantage if possess knowledge and understanding about cryptocurrency.
- Added Advantage if possess knowledge in APIs, system design, data modelling, and software development.
