Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading HR consulting company in Bangkok. The company is seeking a Senior Consultant in the HR functions based in Thailand. The company has been providing HR consultancy, leadership assessment, and talent advisory.

The key role of Senior Consultant is to help advance clients' long-term competitive positions, mainly by collecting and analysing business data, identifying and framing critical strategic solutions, designing and facilitating processes for change and implementation of organization design, manpower, performance management, digital HR, change management, career management. Through this role, you will involve Culture & Engagement, Leadership & Assessment, HR & Talent Advisory and Diversity & Equity in a dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement Organization Design, Manpower, Performance Management, Digital HR, Change Management, Career Management
  • Coordinate with practice/leadership management, employee engagement, etc.
  • Oversee 4 main practices, Culture & Engagement, Leadership & Assessment, HR & Talent Advisory and Diversity & Equity/inclusion
  • Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects and priorities, as allocated
  • Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices
  • Provide expert advice on a range of human resource queries and opportunities arising from within the corporate, in accordance with policy and legislative requirements
  • Act as a role to work closely with C level and board of director
  • Coordinate with SET 100 companies (Thailand's leading companies)

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • At least 10-year experience in HR consultancy
  • Strong knowledge in consultant background
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work across practices and support the team
  • Able to do business development
  • Proficient in working with multiple projects under time limitation
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written
