Senior HR Manager (Talent Management) Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing pharmaceutical company. Our respective client is looking for a Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for Talent Management which is to attract, hire, onboard, develop engage and retain high-performing employees. This position requires hybrid work set-up and will be reporting to the Head of HR and is located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities: - Improve business performance through HR Business Partnership that make leaders employees more productive
- Talent Acquisition - fill up vacant positions
- Partner with hiring manager to set recruitment process
- interview, assess, and hire or appoint suitable candidates, final selection and hiring
- Competency Development - identify the key competencies/ skills necessary for an employee to reach optimal performance in their specific role
- Performance Management - develop and implement structured Performance Management and tracking process to track employees adherence and performance
- Employee engagement - manage engagement surveys and action plans to have effective strategies in place
Job Requirements- At least 6 years relevant work experience and at least 2 years in HR Supervisor/Manager Role.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or HR Management. MBA is an advantage.
- With knowledge of applicable HR Processes and local labor laws
- With good analytical skills, situation analysis and in-depth knowledge of competency-based HR processes
- With previous experience as HR Business Partner and adept in conducting 9-box meetings, PIPs, and performance management, and admin case investigations
