Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global technology company that focuses on business-to-business and information technology capabilities for enterprises. Our respected client is looking for a Sr. Commission and Compensation Specialist. The job is based in Pasig City, Philippines, but offers a hybrid arrangement.

The role of Sr. Commission and Compensation Specialist APAC takes overall responsibility for the calculation, payment, and journaling of commissions and bonus payments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, obtain approval and distribute timely and accurate commission & bonus statements to staff members
  • Prepare, obtain approval and distribute timely and accurate commission & bonus payments to Payroll
  • Administer and maintain AE Quota file and distribute to Management
  • Administer and maintain bonus calculation file and distribute to Management
  • Maintain APAC quotas in SAP, Commission Calculation Tool & AE Quota file
  • Maintain current copies of APAC Commission and bonus plans
  • Distribute Commission Plans to ANZ Reps
  • Upload EA and manual adjustments into SAP accurately
  • Maintain Commission Calculation Tool in alignment to Commission Plans
  • Maintain Bonus Calculation Tool in alignment to Bonus Plans
  • Assist with Management, Reps and internal departments queries
  • Maintain Commission Plan Summary for all Teammates on Bonus Plans as per APAC organisational charts
  • Assist in the development and administration of system processes
  • Prepare and distribute Sales Support quarterly bonus payment accurately and on time
  • Prepare quarterly leader board for Sales attainment over 100%
  • Build and upload compensation related journals on a quarterly and monthly basis (payroll journals and accrual journals)
  • The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to undertake reasonable additional duties/projects by the Department Manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive SAP experience
  • Five years' experience in a compensation specialist position
  • Degree qualified
  • Command of the English language
  • Build positive and progressive relationships with other functional units within the company and build appropriate relationships across internal departments
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
