  • Publish Date: Posted 超过 7 年之前

Vincere, the SaaS disruptor in the recruitment customer relationship management niche, today announced a global partnership deal with Monroe Consulting Group, the international award-winning executive search company. The move unites two of the fastest-growing organisations in their respective sectors: recruitment and technology. The Vincere CRM/ATS platform will be used across Monroe Consulting Group‘s global network of eight offices.

“We chose Vincere because we felt they had the best system available,” said Andrew Hairs, Group Managing Director of Monroe Consulting Group. “Monroe wanted our consultants to have the best tools available to ensure a great recruitment experience for our customers.”

Hairs said: “Our tagline is #ExpertsFindingExperts and we applied the same thorough search techniques in our search for a new technology partner that we use in recruitment. After a detailed assessment we determined that Vincere were clearly the leading experts in their field.

“We have always strived to be improving the services we provide and the Vincere system will strengthen this. We are making a huge investment in upgrading our internal software to ensure better productivity and more importantly, better quality to clients and candidates.”

He said that innovation, productivity and growth were major priorities for Monroe, and were the “same values that we see driving the team at Vincere.”

“Naturally, we want a CRM that has all the bells and whistles one would expect of a leading-edge platform,” he said. “But, beyond that, we were looking for more than just a vendor – we wanted a meaningful partnership between two organisations with a robust vision on how technology can increase productivity for consultants and give senior executives the insights required to really blow past sales quotas. Vincere have a proven track record here in the Asia-Pacific and an innate understanding of how recruitment businesses really work.”

Bernie Schiemer, CEO and founder of Vincere said that Monroe Consulting Group were the recognised trailblazers into emerging markets for the recruitment industry. “Like us, they’re not put off by doing what the competition deems too difficult,” he said. “The result? Monroe Consulting Group have become the leading niche player in ‘challenging’ markets of Southeast Asia, and now Latin America.”

As part of the Empresaria Group brand that spans the globe, Monroe Consulting Group understood the importance of being data-driven but could only do so much without the right technology. They were also looking for software that has the feature-depth and analytics they needed but also intuitive enough so that they can get their people ‘up the learning curve’ quickly to support their growth.

Monroe Consulting Group chose Vincere for the following primary reasons:

Vincere is a true SaaS, cloud platform: Monroe Consulting Group have the advantage of rapid deployment, ability to scale and user access from any one of their global offices

Market-leading analytics and forecasting capabilities

Vincere’s investment in R&D and pace of innovation

Geographical footprint: Vincere is the only recruitment technology provider with capabilities across China, Thailand and the other Asia Pacific locations Monroe require

Responsiveness. Monroe and Vincere are in the same time zone and can work through issues immediately

Schiemer said that in selecting Vincere, Monroe were “future-ready and are clearly showing their commitment to providing their consultants with the best tools on the market to drive revenue.” “It is gives me great joy to partner with a company that shares the same entrepreneurial zeal, will to win and commitment to quality,” Schiemer said. “We’re excited to be working with Andrew and the entire Monroe team.”
