Monroe Consulting Group China Celebrate Successful 2017

  • Publish Date: Posted 大约 6 年之前

Having fun in the sun was top of the agenda at executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group China’s annual Awards Celebrations, held this year at French-style luxury villa Sheshan No.9 in Songjian, Shanghai.

Puck Sun, Monroe China’s Office Manager, said the overnight celebrations spanning two days featured a series of entertaining teambuilding activities, including a Monroe Race, a swanky cocktail party, gifts and an evening of fun and games in the form of a Werewolf-themed cosplay event.

“The weather was perfect, the villa and surroundings superb, the food and wine amazing and everyone really enjoyed the team-building activities,” she said.

Puck said the weekend retreat was not all play, with participants getting down to the serious business of reviewing the recruitment company’s performance in 2017, and formulating goals and strategies to implement for even better results in 2018.

“The highlight was an inspirational speech by Managing Director Kelly Liu, who said she was proud of everything that we have achieved since Monroe China launched in Shanghai,” she said. “She also had a clear vision about how we will continue to improve in 2018, including enhancing client and candidate experience, training and business outcomes.”

Monroe China is an integral part of the wider Monroe Consulting Group, a multiple international award-winning executive recruitment company with operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

“Monroe China has taken the Monroe Consulting Group’s already successful business model and implemented it in Shanghai. But we have continued to refine the business model to best serve our national and multinational clients in China, delivering the very best candidates needed to help our clients grow and become even more profitable.”

During the Awards Ceremony, Monroe China executive recruitment consultant Rowena Zhu was honoured with the Best Performer 2017 Award, which includes the opportunity to work for Monroe Thailand on an exchange programme.
