Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group has been shortlisted in four categories at the prestigious Global Recruiter Asia Pacific Industry Awards 2016. Monroe, which specialises in emerging markets, has been named finalist in the Best Overseas Operation, Best Small Recruitment Business, Best Client Service and Best In-House Training categories.
Monroe Group Managing Director Andrew Hairs said he was delighted that the Company had again been nominated in the Best Small Recruitment Business, an award it won in 2013, 2014 and 2015, as well as Best Overseas Operation, which the company won in 2013 and 2015.
“Four nominations at an industry event of the calibre of the Global Recruiter Awards is a record for us and is the culmination of a very successful year on the back of a lot of hard work and determination by our teams in China, Thailand, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Chile and Mexico,” Andrew said.
“But what is particularly special for us are the nominations in the Best In-House Training and Best Client Service categories,” he said. “These are areas we have focused since Day One and have constantly refined, so it’s great that are efforts have been recognised.”
Global Recruiter said the awards had attracted a record number of entries. “This year has been particularly challenging,” it said. “With record numbers of entries and standards going through the roof there has been a great deal of debate over the outcome of some categories, but happily the outcome means only one thing: another exceptional year for recruitment in the Asia Pacific region"
The awards will be announced at a Gala Awards Dinner in Singapore on October 6.
