With the demand for executive search services surging in Malaysia, award-winning executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is continuing to expand with plans to hire four new consultants in the next two months. The growth of the business in less than three years has been so significant that the recruitment company is moving into new, upmarket offices in Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
“We were in the process of moving into KL Sentral when we found out we had been nominated to defend our title as ‘Best New Recruitment Agency’ at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2017 Malaysia, and nominated for the first time in the ‘Best Candidate Experience by a Recruitment Agency’ category,” said Monica Viladot, the managing director of Monroe Malaysia. “This is the cherry on top of what has been a businesses that has exceeded all expectations in terms of business development, clients, job placements, revenue and profits.
Monica said the new offices were four times the size of the previous location, allowing for the hiring of additional recruitment consultants to tap into a buoyant executive search marketplace in Malaysia.
“We have expanded in a measured, focused and sustainable fashion since our launch a little over two years ago, and we see no reason to limit this natural progression,” Monica said. “This month we are hiring two new recruitment consultants, and two more the following month.”
She said working in the recruitment industry offered the chance to embark on a lucrative and rewarding career that offered fun, excitement, great career advancement prospects based on merit and a sense of doing something that had a positive impact on people’s lives.
