Monroe Executive Recruitment Consultants Enjoy Luxury Rewards Weekend in Thailand

  • Publish Date: Posted 差不多 7 年之前

Executive recruitment consultants from Monroe Consulting Group’s six Asian country offices gathered at the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai in northern Thailand for the company’s annual rewards retreat over the weekend.

“Monroe is an international award-winning executive recruitment company that values its high-performing consultants and we look after them accordingly,” says Andrew Hairs, Monroe Group Managing Director. “The weekend is the least we can do after what has been another record year packed full of firsts for Monroe.”

Country managing directors and recruitment consultants flew into Chiang Mai from China, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia as well as Bangkok for the annual retreat, which is aimed primarily as a celebration of the company’s achievements with a special emphasis on fun and relaxation. Monroe also operates in Chile and Mexico.

Andrew says Monroe had a record year in terms of revenue generation in the majority of Asian countries in which it operated, and had recently celebrated the opening of a new operation in Vietnam, which was already performing well above expectation.

“Monroe has a successful strategic vision for emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific, unrivalled country managing directors who can successfully adapt and implement this business model and recruitment consultants who are trained and mentored on an ongoing basis to be the best at what they do, which is sourcing the best talent for the best companies in their respective countries.”

John Tolmie, who heads up Monroe Consulting Group Thailand, said the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai was ideal for a secluded company retreat over three days, with a host of more lively activities available within the “exceptionally beautiful” Mae Rim District.

“Our recruitment consultants enjoyed a day of rainforest walks, bamboo rafting and a rollercoaster ride in the jungle,” says John. “Even for our Thai consultants who have experienced first-hand Bangkok’s world-famous temples, Wat Pa Daraphirom was superb and a real highlight.”

Kelly Liu, managing director of Monroe Consulting Group China, agreed with John, saying the visit to Wat Pa Daraphirom was a unique experience the Chinese consultants would always treasure.

“In addition, the gala dinners on both Friday and Saturday nights represented the perfect time to connect with our colleagues from throughout Asia, many of whom we met for the first time, and celebrate all things Monroe, our achievements and recruitment in general.”

Newly appointed Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam Managing Director Ngan Huynh said it was a privilege to be working with a company that prided itself on not only recognising the individual efforts of its recruitment consultants, but rewarding them.

“Monroe Vietnam has come a long way in a very short time and it is easy to see why, given the wider success of Monroe Group,” she says. “They love the company and they love recruitment. It’s really great to see and I couldn’t be happier being involved.”
