  • Publish Date: Posted 大约 6 年之前

Leading executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia hosted William Sabandar, the high-profile president director of Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), during a recent information-sharing session. The vital US$1.7 infrastructure project has spurred an estimated US$1.12 billion (Rp 15 trillion) in additional economic benefits from commercial and residential projects in the vicinity of the 13 stations opening next year.

Tina Nugraheni, head of Monroe Indonesia's specialized Industrial Division that covers infrastructure and property development, said it was an honor to host such a distinguished guest to gain a more comprehensive overview of Indonesia’s infrastructure drive and the associated benefits.

“Monroe Indonesia’s executive recruitment consultants are well versed in the intricacies of the industries they serve, in this case our Industrial division, to best meet the recruitment needs of our client companies” Tina said. “We regularly hold information-sharing sessions and were very fortunate to be able to benefit from Pak Willy’s informative insights this time around.”

Tina said Pak William, who has previously served in senior positions in clean or renewable energy with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), was an expert in government operations and the construction sector.

“I have to say that it was the most inspiring information-sharing session we have conducted so far. Pak Willy was able to share his vision and mission during the construction of Jakarta MRT, how the project is not simply about transport infrastructure: It is about changing a culture and promoting quality of life.”

Tina said her team of a dozen recruitment consultants had benefitted from Pak Willy’s practical information on the sector, including the qualifications, skills and experience needed in senior executive roles in the construction industry in Indonesia.

Tina, recently appointed to the Industrial Division, said future information-sharing sessions would cover manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, mining and agriculture.
