  • Publish Date: Posted 超过 6 年之前

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam hosted more than 50 C-level human resources and other executives at its regular Expert Roundtable at the Novotel Saigon Centre in Ho Chi Minh City on June 14.

The event, the sixth time it has been hosted by the international award-winning executive recruitment company, was titled Leadership and the Fate of Your Organization.

It featured a keynote speech by Zsolt Tokoli, a chartered coach, trainer and organizational consultant and a Panel Discussion, themed ‘Challenges facing organizations to identify and retain key talent in the 21st Century’.

Monroe Vietnam Managing Director Ngan Huynh said the recruitment company was committed to supporting the human resources (HR) and executive community.

“We are glad to welcome more than 50 C-level leaders from various organizations to come and share their perspectives about their roles as leaders, as well as the challenges they are facing in identifying and retaining talent in the 21st century.”

Ms Huynh said the speech by Mr Tokoli, a partner at Singapore-based training and consulting practice Ember Associates, was fun, engaging and created discussions on what made great business leaders.

“Role-playing an American and Japanese boss, Mr Tokoli put forward a lot of thought-provoking ideas and questioned our common beliefs based on well-researched proof.”

She said the panel discussion featured distinguished executives Heineken Vietnam Human Resources Director Le Qui Don, TMF Global Solutions County Managing Director Jack Nguyen and Bayer Vietnam Human Resources Manager Giap Mai Hung.

All three executives had long histories in human resources and talent acquisition in Vietnam, Ms Huynh said.

“Many questions were raised about identifying and retaining talent in today’s competitive market, even when generous financial and career-development incentives have been offered to staff.”

Monroe Vietnam Deputy Division Head Ngoc Hoang said the food, drinks and atmosphere made for an excellent networking event.

“The Monroe team were genuinely happy to build on our relationships with these highly respected professionals. We are proud of the values we have created for our guests and hope to welcome more and more experts to our future events.”
