Executive recruitment company Monroe China forges partnership with leading Singaporean management institute

  • Publish Date: Posted 大约 6 年之前

Exciting new job opportunities and a range of career options, including in the growing digital economy, for Chinese students returning home from their studies abroad was a key theme of discussions between executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group China and the visiting Singapore Institute of Management.

Kelly Liu, managing director of Shanghai-based Monroe China, said she was honoured to be invited by the highly respected Singapore Institute of Management to provide an overview of the employment situation in China.

“The delegation from the institute were interested in job and career opportunities for graduates, as well as the application of our international award-winning recruitment methodologies in China.”

Kelly said one of Monroe China’s most successful executive recruitment consultants, Rowena Zhu, was an alumnus of the institute, and had introduced Kelly to SIM.

She said the aim of the event had led to an agreement for “talent strategy cooperation.”

This meant that Monroe Consulting Group China was well positioned to help place a number of high-quality, foreign educated Chinese students with the leading national and multinational companies operating in China, she said.

“We will keep working to help the oversea graduates who are returning to China to make wise choices about their first jobs and develop rich and rewarding careers,” Kelly said.
