Key promotions announced as executive recruitment company continues expansion in Indonesia

  • Publish Date: Posted 差不多 6 年之前

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is going from strength to strength under new Managing Director James Palin, with the executive recruitment company announcing three key promotions designed to enhance its international award-winning services.

The key promotions come at the same time as the company announced internal awards for the second quarter, which were dominated by new executive recruitment consultants.

“The message from me is the excitement around the continued success of the team and the amount of young talent coming up through our training program,” Mr Palin said.

“We are expanding by 50 percent in the coming year and it is great to see that our in-house training and development programme brings immediate results and success.”

Mr Palin, pictured above with Tina Nugraheni, said executive recruitment was an exciting industry that offered fun, money and doing something that had a positive impact on other people’s lives.

He encouraged overseas educated professionals, ideally with experience in a workplace and with exposure to sales, to consider recruitment as a career.

Fun, money and a sense of doing something that matters. These are the only three reasons why you should work.

Mr Palin said he was delighted to be able to take staff who hit their recruitment targets to an all-expenses paid lunch at a five-star hotel.

The winners were:

Tiffany Adriani (Senior executive recruitment consultant, Consumer Goods Division)

Sofyan Prasetyo (Executive recruitment consultant, Consumer Goods Division)

Librina Christian (Executive recruitment consultant, Professional Services Division)

Saviaputra Muksan (Executive recruitment consultant, Professional Services Division)

Vico Andriano (Executive recruitment consultant, Technology Division)

Vicky Victorio (Executive recruitment consultant, Technology Division)

Mr Palin said he was also proud to promote three senior staff.

“These three professionals started their respective careers in executive recruitment with Monroe Consulting Group and have been instrumental in the growth of the business and can now take on bigger roles to further strengthen the framework while we build the team by 50 percent in the next year.”

Grady Gultom of Monroe’s Industrial Division has been promoted to Senior Principle Consultant and assumes a recruitment consultant training role, adding an additional layer to the company’s approach to people development.

Tina Nugraheni becomes Monroe Indonesia’s first cross-division manager, assuming responsibility for the Industrial and Technology Divisions, both of which are areas where she has had tremendous success and is regarded as Indonesia’s leading recruitment consultant and manager.

“Both divisions are strong, and place leading hard-to-source Indonesian executives or technical talent with leading companies on a daily basis,” Ms Nugraheni said.

“In addition, I will be ably assisted by experienced consultants Adeline Wu and Inge Sari Purnama, who will serve in assistant manager capacities servicing our clients in the technology sector, including IT.”

Andreas Saputra, who has been with Monroe for more than 8 years and heads the highly regarded Consumer Goods Division, has been promoted to Assistant Country Manager.

The promotions reflect Monroe’s continued belief in internally promoting its own people based purely on ability, rather than seniority. The company prides itself on the development of its employees and rewarding them for performance, with all senior positions in the business occupied by people who joined the company as consultants.
