Monroe Mexico to Host Executive Recruitment Masterclass

  • Publish Date: Posted 超过 4 年之前

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Mexico is hosting its latest Executive Breakfast Masterclass in association with highly respected Madrid-based IE Business School on Wednesday, September 11.

The formal Masterclass, to be held at the upmarket Cassatt restaurant in Granada, Mexico City, features a presentation by Teresa Martín-Retortillo, executive president of the Executive Education Unit of the IE Exponential Learning centre.

Titled ‘How to Make the Most of a 100-year Life’, Ms Martín-Retortillo will focus on the increasing need for employees to adapt and grow into new roles as traditional jobs and careers change.

“Although employment transitions are becoming more common, to continue their training employees have, since the beginning of their major, different socially and accepted ways of managing transitions by studying a master’s degree, as going abroad or move to a new company,” Ms Martín-Retortillo said.

“That is when you must take control of your career design. Spending time with these approaches is, in some way, a major change that involves certain risks,” she said ahead of the exclusive event.

“In some ways, it is an opportunity to start again, so that if the person knows its own purpose, it is easier to take some risks and make decisions about it.”

Ms Martín-Retortillo, in her role with IE Business School that she has held since 2016, leads the school's open programs, both online and in-class courses with the spirit of accompanying today's professionals in their ability to grow and continue to adapt to maximize their impact on the companies they work for.

Monroe Mexico is part of the world-wide international award-winning Monroe Group, which specialises in executive search in emerging markets.

Monroe Mexico holds regular Executive Breakfasts each year, bringing together business leaders and human resources management professionals to discuss a range of business issues, including HR strategies such as the recruitment and retention of key executive employees or hard-to-source technical talent.
