Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Philippine-based e-commerce and digital commerce company that focuses on helping brands grow their presence across online marketplaces and digital platforms. Our client is seeking an Account Manager-a dynamic professional with a strong background in e-commerce or live commerce operations. This is an onsite role, six days a week, with the office located in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Stream Planning & Strategy: Design and execute "Shoppable LIVE" strategies, including scheduling, script development, and promotional flows (giveaways, flash sales) to drive sustained GMV growth.
  • Host Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, and provide real-time feedback to live hosts; manage host relations and ensure they effectively communicate product benefits to close sales.
  • Technical & Room Operations: Oversee the physical or virtual live room setup, including lighting, audio, cameras, and streaming software like OBS. · Real-Time Performance Optimization: Use the TikTok LIVE Manager console to monitor live analytics (e.g., Enter Room Rate, CTR) and adjust tactics-such as pinning specific products or launching coupons-to boost performance mid-stream.
  • Merchandising for Live: Select high-potential SKUs for featured slots, manage "Shopping Bag" layouts, and ensure stock availability aligns with live promotion schedules.
  • Compliance & Health: Monitor live sessions for policy violations to prevent stream bans or account penalties, ensuring all content adheres to TikTok Shop policies.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • The success of this role is measured by funnel-specific metrics:
  • Reach: Impressions, Enter Room Rate (ERR), and Unique Viewers.
  • Engagement: Average Viewing Duration, Comment Rate, and New Followers Gained.
  • Conversion: Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Click-Through Rate (CTR) on product pins, and Click-to-Order Rate (CTOR).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5+ years in e-commerce or live commerce operations; proven track record in managing high-volume TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, LIVE Manager, and basic video production/streaming tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership for managing hosts, high stress tolerance for "unscripted" live situations, and an analytical mindset for data-driven iteration.
  • Trend Savvy: Deep understanding of TikTok culture and what makes content "unskippable".
