International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company.

Our client is looking for an Account Manager who expected to successfully develop portfolio of new clients to ensure the achievement of the sales target, he/ she will support the HOD in identifying and developing New Business opportunities to contribute to achievement of the team's annual revenue targets.. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the sales process from initial contact to securing clients to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients, including research, meetings, responding to RFPs, and accurately maintaining CRM databases to create and convert sales opportunities
  • Prepare client and prospect presentations with a focus on client profitability
  • Work with the account team to determine appropriate solutions, structure, and price deals
  • Support negotiations with insurers to secure the best offers
  • Prepare technical proposals and placements for assigned clients
  • Verify all contractual documents before binding the contract with clients
  • Lead the team for bidding for assigned projects and implementation of contracts
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by the company
  • Work closely with clients, insurers, Client Relationship Manager, and overseas network to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to clients
  • Participate in public relations activities such as attending events, fairs, and seminars to source potential clients
  • Train and develop team members in the development of client solutions to ensure their performance compliance with company guidelines and procedures as well as target achievement
  • Coordinate with the Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlements to clients
  • Proactively participate in complex claim handling cases
  • Support Accounting Department in premium collection
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson
  • Other tasks assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (with broker or insurer) or a similar role in B2B business development
  • In-depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
  • Strong customer management and selling skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative, and quick-learning
  • Good problem-solving, time-management, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Initiative and critical sense ownership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proactive and autonomous
