Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading demand generation agency that collaborates with remarkable brands, spanning from early-stage startups to large venture-backed organizations. They are currently in need of an Account Manager. This job is a full-time remote work with mid-shift schedule.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships, proactively identifying and resolving customer issues, and driving customer adoption and growth. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs, develop and implement success plans, and measure and report on customer success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring that customers are able to achieve their desired outcomes
  • Drive customer adoption and growth by developing and implementing tailored success plans
  • Measure and report on customer success outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and working with customers to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers have access to the resources and support they need to be successful
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell client's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on customer feedback and market trends, and use this information to improve the customer experience

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer success management tools and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on driving customer value
  • Background in marketing and demand generation is a plus
