Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Background in Big 4 audit.
- Preferably experienced in securities company accounting and tax.
- Preferably holds certifications in accounting and tax.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Accounting activities to enhance work quality, ensuring optimal contribution to the company. (Including, but not limited to, journal entry and tax recordkeeping, financial reporting, daily MKBD reports, tax reports).
- Coach and develop personnel to boost performance and motivation.
- Supervise the Accounting & Tax Unit in executing core functions of the Accounting & Tax unit.
