Our client is seeking a Assistant Manager that will be directly reporting to the General Manager. This role is onsite based in Angeles, Pampanga with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily administrative operations, facilities, and tenant relations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in administrative functions, facilities management, and lease coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and decision-making processes.
- Lead and supervise the Administration Team, ensuring efficient workflows and high-performance standards.
- Manage the Facilities and Maintenance Team, ensuring proper upkeep, timely maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the main liaison for tenants, handling concerns, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
- Review, interpret, and manage lease contracts and related documentation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and operational planning.
- Implement and refine administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers as needed.
- Provide strategic input to support business operations and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, administrative leadership, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of lease contracts and administrative documentation.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Well-versed in business and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience handling facilities and maintenance operations.
- Real estate industry background is a strong advantage.
