Their School is an accredited CAIE International School, offering inclusive education from Early Years to IGCSE levels. English is the primary language of instruction, and the Cambridge program is supported by advanced facilities including a library, robotics center, sports center with a pool, and modern ICT resources. This school emphasizes holistic learning beyond the classroom.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead student recruitment efforts and oversee sales and marketing activities for the International School.
- Develop and propose effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals and recruitment targets.
- Manage and guide the marketing and sales team in executing plans and achieving set objectives, including organizing marketing activities, corporate communications, advertisements, road shows, and education fairs.
- Handle student enrollment inquiries via various channels in a professional and informative manner.
- Initiate activities to enhance school promotion and student well-being.
- Participate in roadshows, education fairs, and other marketing events as needed.
- Manage marketing communication activities for the school.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of educational products.
- Experience in marketing communications is a plus.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and execute marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills, pleasant demeanor, and positive work ethic.
