Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the world's largest supplier of semiconductor test equipment for logic, RF, analog, power, mixed-signal and memory technologies and deliver test solutions to developers and manufacturers of a broad range of integrated circuits, packaged separately or integrated as cells in system-on-a-chip (SOC) devices. This job is with on-site/hybrid set-up, the office is based in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Apps Support Analyst will manage multiple reported issues among various divisions within the enterprise. This is a 2-year temporary position.
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Recognize and gather crucial customer information
- Call customers and hold screen share meetings as necessary
- Configure different environments each day to test and help in reproducing customer issues
- Maintain a professional and quality relationship with customers through our internal ticket system
- Communicate status updates and drive communication with customers from start to finish
- Create and assist in maintaining internal and public facing documentation
Job Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in business to business customer service
- Experience working with various application servers (Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish, Weblogic, Websphere)
- Experience working with various databases (MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
- Experience with Liferay a plus
- Experience supporting portal applications
- Excellent professional skills, including effective written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time while paying strict attention to details
- Flexible and able to adjust quickly to changes
