Our respected client is seeking for an Assistant Manager for E-Commerce that will develop, manage and grow the company's brand presence online in the country. He/she should aim at achieving sales, added value and A&P target.
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the company's ecommerce sales channels in marketplaces.
- Plan & execute sales plans & strategies to achieve/exceed sales target & ecommerce goals
- Drive traffic into key marketplaces - devise action plan to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimize sales
- Analyze on-going campaigns and consumer data to implement more effective ecommerce campaigns and targeting.
- Manage allocated A&P budget to achieve maximum Sales ROI
- Develop good relationship with key stakeholders to maintain sustainability for business growth.
- Monitor and report changing market, competitor activities and customer trend etc.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of practical experience in e-commerce and modern market industry
- Preferably with least 2 years of practical experience in healthcare industry in sales division
- Proficient in English language for both written and verbal
- Has good interpersonal skill
- Has good leadership skill
- Has good ability of creativity and lateral thinking
