Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare Provider in Jakarta. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Sales & Marketing to join the team and lead their Marketing & Sales to new heights.
Job Scope:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive patient growth across outpatient visits, inpatient admissions, and high-value procedures.
- Design and manage referral programs, including outreach, conversion, and retention initiatives to support consistent referral growth.
- Create and promote service packages and engagement programs in areas such as chronic disease management, wellness, maternity, and executive health.
- Lead community outreach through events, partnerships with local institutions, and demographic-specific activities to enhance brand visibility and trust.
- Partner with clinical departments to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for key specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, neurology).
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, professional networking events, and referral partner engagement initiatives.
- Analyze referral patterns by geography and specialty to optimize outreach efforts and improve return on investment.
- Oversee digital marketing performance across all platforms, manage lead funnels via CRM systems, and ensure effective follow-up and conversion processes.
- Develop performance dashboards and reports to track patient acquisition, revenue, cost metrics, and marketing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, hospital marketing, or any related industries is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage complex marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing digital channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, website), CRM systems, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and referral ecosystems (especially in healthcare or service industries).
- Experience in managing events, community programs, and professional engagement activities such as CME, webinars, or conferences.
