Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion and retail company. Our respected client is seeking a Junior Retail Marketing Manager who will work as part of the marketing team reporting directly to the Sr. Brand Manager to own and deliver planned volume, revenue, and gross margin for the brand and partner distribution channels. This role will be assigned in Makati, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Work closely with the Sr. Brand Manager in developing the Retail Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives;
* Own planning and monitoring of Retail Marketing budget;
* Work closely with Retail Marketing Operations to ensure execution and tracking of planned campaigns, store promotions and other initiatives as aligned with brand & sales objective and targets;
* Act as liaison between brand and retailers ensuring nationwide implementation of key brand campaigns;
* Improve brand presence and campaign performance through execution excellence in-store;
* Lead and implement localized tactics and plans for stores and retailers nationwide;
* Conceptualize promotions (planned storewide, and tactical - area based) and impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams;
* Lead activation programs with retail partners to improve brand visibility;
* Visit POS regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
* Travel (local) involved

* Graduate of any course
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred;
* Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in Retail & Trade Marketing;
* Experience in key accounts management or partnerships marketing is a plus
* Strong knowledge of consumer industry
* Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
* Ability to think critically and creatively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numerical data
* Thrive in matrix environments and adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
